LiveTime is a Sun Principal Partner LiveTime is a principal partner with Sun Microsystems. LiveTime resells Sun Hardware as a part of the LiveTime Service Management Appliance and supports the entire Sun software stack, from the operating system, Java and the application server through to integrations with authentication, collaboration and email servers.
LiveTime is a Silver Partner with Novell LiveTime is a Silver partner with Novell and provides rich integrations into virtually all Novell products out-of-the-box. Current integrations include:

  • eDirectory (Any version)
  • GroupWise (Any version)
  • ZENworks Desktop Management (6.5+)
  • ZENworks Asset Management (6.5+)
  • ZENworks Configuration Management (10.0+)

In addition, LiveTime supports all versions of SUSE Linux, Open SUSE and SUSE Linux Enterprise Server for seamless integration into any Novell Enterprise.
LiveTime and RAVE computer LiveTime and RAVE computer have partnered to deliver ITIL Service Management Hardware appliances based on leading 64 bit Sun hardware. In addition, Rave is LiveTime’s GSA Partner, so that LiveTime can be easily purchased through the GSA Schedule by the US Government and Public Sector agencies.
LiveTime and IBM Partnership LiveTime has partnered with IBM to provide integration of LiveTime Service Manager with the iSeries and AIX operating systems. LiveTime integrates with the entire IBM software stack including the IBM Java Virtual Machine, Tivoli Asset Management and Discovery, Informix, DB2 and WepSphere application servers. This functionality is provided out-of-the-box within LiveTime Service Manager and Help Desk.
LiveTime and Apple partner LiveTime has partnered with Apple to deliver LiveTime Service Manager natively on Mac OS X Server and the iPhone. LiveTime can be installed natively on any Macintosh and supports Apple Safari, Open Directory and Remote Desktop 3.0 or later. LiveTime is also available in 64 bits for Snow Leopard Server.
MySQL Gold Partner LiveTime has partnered with MySQL to provide optimized database performance when running MySQL and has been certified on MySQL 5.0 and 5.1 for production systems. LiveTime is a strong supporter of open standards and interoperability and this level of certification ensures that LiveTime works seamlessly in any MySQL environment. LiveTime is also a reseller of MySQL and offers database tuning and optimizations for this platform.
RedHat and ITIL Service Management LiveTime has been a Red Hat partner since 2004. Every version of LiveTime is fully tested against each release of Red Hat Linux to ensure full compatibility. LiveTime has also been certified against RedHat JBoss since version 3.
