LiveTime provides several value added services for its ITIL Service Management (ITSM) products. These services are aimed at leveraging the number of LiveTime instances around the world as well as the unique nature of LiveTime and its ability to provide and consume web services. All services are provided free of charge under existing service contracts and will continue to grow with every new release of LiveTime.

International Spell Checking

LiveTime has introduced a new Spell Checker as part of its new rich text editor. Rather than embedding dictionaries directly into the application LiveTime leverages its new Cloud Services to provide spelling suggestions in real time. This also enables LiveTime to add new dictionaries as needed.

Simply choose the default language from the drop down menu and get appropriate suggestions for any misspelled words.

Geo Location

The Geo Location service allows organizations to track users anywhere on the globe, just by logging into the software. LiveTime will provide the longitude and latitude of the user within a 25 mile radius through any direct login, and within 5 meters when using LiveTime’s native iPhone or iPad application. Direct integration with Google maps provides a visual map of where the user is as well as a map of all technicians within the system. This allows organizations to not only track technicians around the globe but also enable better technical support by leveraging technicians that are closest to the end user.

LiveTime’s ability to track staff resources provides your organization with a more holistic view of your service and support infrastructure, allowing further optimization of core business processes. This maps into the overall Continual Service Improvement life-cycle of ITIL 3.
