LiveTime ITSM Release Notes 6.1.1
Service Updates
As part of LiveTime’s continual service improvement program and commitment to quality, monthly product updates are made available to all current customers. These releases guarantee that LiveTime customers have access to the most reliable and secure production version of its service management tool. The updates are optional.
LiveTime’s service and support team will notify any organizations that are possibly affected by software bugs addressed in the latest release, and provide assistance with the upgrade process.

New
- Added new option to allow customers to only view requests in the customer portal
Requests
- Deployment task assignment now correctly handles the assignment based on the chosen group
- RFC review dates will now be shown if a request is in a workflow exit point
- Changing the team assigned to a release now saves correctly
- Various changes to cope better with SaaS customers choosing to unsubscribe from processes
AMIE
- Spiceworks mapping file for AMIE on new installs takes advantage of the new default categories
- AMIE sourced fields are no longer editable by end users, including item number fields
- AMIE Snapshot views now allow the category fields to be displayed
- AMIE Snapshot detail now has a promote button to perform this action in the snapshot view
Editors
- Article editor will no longer give an error when removing an Item Type
- Various fixes to the new user editor to better handle unset fields
- Creating new escalation layers for teams now behaves as it did in v6.0
- All ‘Bulk’ editors have received various improvements to better cope with large selections
- ‘Bulk’ CI editor now permits bulk ‘undelete’ if all items being edited are deleted
- Saving filters that use custom fields will now work as expected after logging out
- The ‘Unknown’ (failover) team will once again prevent renaming
Web Services
- ‘About’ web service now correctly returns the release field
- ‘Request’ web service now has a getPublicNotes method to return only public notes
- ‘Authenticate’ web service returns more information for login failures
- ‘Customer’ web service now allows the current user to set their GPS location
