Release Notes 5.5.6

As part of LiveTime’s continual service improvement program and commitment to quality, monthly product updates are made available to all customers. These releases guarantee that LiveTime customers have access to the most reliable and secure production version of its service management tool. The updates are optional.

LiveTime’s service and support team will notify any organizations that are possibly affected by software bugs addressed in the latest release, and provide assistance with the upgrade process.

  • Requests that are created in an on hold state will now correctly escalate once moved into a live state
  • Deleting change requests spawned from direct CI modifications will correctly unlock the related CI
  • Corrected special case where escalation would not fire due to certain dates being set incorrectly
  • Improved lazy loading of system defaults to reduce the likelihood of lazy initialization errors
  • Manual escalation control will now correctly offset the due date rather than reset it
  • Validation to ensure there is always one entry and one exit state on any workflow
  • Customer change request creation will correctly block if the feature is disabled
  • Escalation layer will correctly adjust based on the end status of the request
  • Request RSS feeds now use the last update date for the status output
  • Message signature once again supports the entry of HTML
  • Added Norwegian language translation to core application
