Standard Phone Support is available Monday-Friday, 6am-8pm PST (GMT-8) In all cases, we recommend calls first be logged online or by email to: support@livetime.com rather than by telephone. This will ensure the most rapid response. Platinum Support 4 hour response time with a 16 hour restoration time. Platinum Support also includes an account manager and monthly assessments.
