Newport Beach California - November 4, 2002 - LiveTime Software today unveiled the new company's product road map and announced the launch of their website - www.livetime.com. The first product to be released, LiveTime Support, provides web-based real-time support and helpdesk services to small to medium sized technology companies. LiveTime Support will be available for customer shipments later this month. With plans for three more products to be released during the next year - LiveTime Orders, LiveTime Marketing and LiveTime Metrics the company is ramping up to be a major competitor in the Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) sector.
Considered by key analysts as the next generation of business metrics functionality, BAM is a business strategy that gives executives "instant insight" into the operating parameters of their enterprise. BAM technology collates and analyzes business information from across the enterprise and provides reports to decision makers in real time enabling them to respond rapidly to changing business conditions, such as changing sales patterns.
