Cheltenham, UK - April 25, 2005 - LiveTime Software will be demonstrating the new version of their enterprise-level, consolidated service desk applications - LiveTime Help Desk and LiveTime Support Desk v3.5 on their stand (#210) at the 2005 Helpdesk and IT Support show this week at Olympia Exhibition Centre. LiveTime CSD recently completed Sun Microsystems Java™ Application Verification program and is now certified as "Java Powered for the Enterprise". Also new with version 3.5 is an affordable Clustering solution which provides High Availability for larger systems.

With Sun's "Java Powered for the Enterprise" certification, LiveTime CSD solutions have proven portability across different implementations of the enterprise Java platform. The Java AVK Enterprise uses guidelines and rules published by Sun to test and validate J2EE solutions and the certification confirms that LiveTime Help Desk and Support Desk are true 'Write Once, Run Anywhere' Java applications - the first CSD solutions to achieve this. Maximum Scalability, Reliability and High Availability Option LiveTime adds clustering and load balancing capabilities to LiveTime products with LiveTime High Availability, an optional add-on designed for organizations that require an extremely high throughput and fault tolerant service desk.
