Newport Beach - April 26, 2006 - LiveTime Software, a leading provider of J2EE based Service Management software today announced that LiveTime Service Manager v4.0 has received PinkVerify™ Service Support ITIL Certification from Pink Elephant. Service Manager v4.0 has been certified for the following core ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Configuration, and Change Management.
LiveTime worked closely with Pink Elephant to achieve ITIL compatibility for the new release of LiveTime Service Manager 4.0 - LiveTime's first ITIL certified service management product. The PinkVerify™ stamp of approval means LiveTime Service Manager supports best practices and identifies LiveTime Software as a vendor that has explicitly demonstrated a commitment to ITIL and its vision for process integration.
